Classical mat
With strech and strenghtening exercises the deep stabilizing muscles will be formed and become stronger. You get a strong Core. It is proved that this leads to a better posture and movement coordination. We follow the classical method from Joseph Hubertus Pilates.
Pilates Mat (with Props)
We use more the complementary Pilates exercises with different small Props to gain a good foundation to build into the classical exercises and HIP Pilates. A wide varietiy of exercises gives the extra kick not only for your body, but also for your mind.
HIP (High Intensity Power Pilates)
HIP High Intensity Power Pilates is one hour of vigorous movement designed for the hardcore Pilates fan. Next to the functional movement sequences with Squat, Lunges, Planks, it also includes a Pilates Part with focus on the Core and a Stretching Part at the end. A real energy booster and a lot of sweat.
Power Stretching
After the Warm up Part, which includes a little Cardio too, it will continue with some Basic Exercises and Stretching (static, dynamic, passive and active). Based on principles of Pilates, Yoga and Fascial Fitness as well as Liebscher & Bracht Concepts.
Liebscher & Bracht
Liebscher & Bracht pain therapy is an independent method of treating pain. It is based on over 25 years of development and practical experience of Dr. Petra Bracht and Roland Liebscher-Bracht. The therapy uses pain as a signal and sets with the help of the special osteopressure technique directly on the bone manual impulses. They order the brain to reorganize the movement processes at maximum speed, to “let go” of the pain and to make room for optimal function and movement ability. Followed by bottle neck exercises specific to the pain area.
